Each credit type works only for its specific file category. Video credits cannot be used for audio or document conversion, and vice versa. This ensures fair pricing as different file types require different processing resources.

Pricing FAQ
How do credits work?

When you purchase credits, you get 100MB of conversion capacity for that specific file type. For
example, if you buy Video credits for $2, you can convert up to 100MB of video files. Credits
are deducted based on the actual file size you convert.
Can I use video credits for audio files?

No, each credit type is specific to its file category. Video credits work only for video files,
audio credits for audio files, and so on. This allows us to offer fair pricing based on the
processing requirements of each file type.
Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unused credits will
expire. We recommend purchasing credits as needed to avoid expiration.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including credit cards, debit cards, UPI,
net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely.
Is there a refund policy?

Yes, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits. Once credits
are used, they cannot be refunded. Please see our Refund Policy
