At SwiftConvert, we strive to provide high-quality file conversion services. We understand that sometimes you may need a refund, and this policy outlines the conditions and process for refund requests.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • Credits have not been used
  • Technical issues prevented service usage (with documentation)
  • Double or accidental charges

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Credits have been partially or fully used
  • Request is made after 7 days of purchase
  • Credits have expired (30 days from purchase)
  • User error or change of mind after using the service
  • Violation of Terms of Service

3. Credit Types and Refund Rules

Refund eligibility is determined separately for each credit type:

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to refunds@swiftdownlod.online or use our Contact Form
  2. Provide Details: Include the following information:
    • Your email address used for purchase
    • Transaction ID or Payment ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Credit type purchased
    • Reason for refund request
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming approval or denial

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email when processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-10 business days)

6. Pro-Rated Refunds (Partial Usage)

We offer pro-rated refunds based on your actual usage. If you have used a portion of your credits, you can request a refund for the unused amount.

How Pro-Rated Refunds Work:

0% (Unused) 100% Refund $5.00 refund
25% Used 75% Refund $3.75 refund
50% Used 50% Refund $2.50 refund
75% Used 25% Refund $1.25 refund
100% Used No Refund $0.00 refund

Conditions for Pro-Rated Refund:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Credits must not be expired
  • Minimum refund amount is $0.50
  • Refund amount is calculated based on remaining MB credits

Calculation Formula:

Refund Amount = (Remaining Credits MB / 100) × Original Price

Example: If you purchased Audio Credits for $5 (100MB) and used 50MB, your refund would be: (50 / 100) × $5 = $2.50

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service:

  • Contact our support team first for troubleshooting
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund
  • Provide screenshots or error messages as documentation
  • We may extend your credit validity instead of issuing a refund

8. Cancellation

SwiftConvert uses a pay-per-use model with no subscriptions. Therefore:

  • There are no recurring charges to cancel
  • Purchased credits remain valid for 30 days
  • You can stop using the service at any time
  • Unused expired credits cannot be refunded or restored

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge:

  1. Contact us first at disputes@swiftdownlod.online
  2. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  3. If unresolved, you may contact Razorpay or your payment provider

We encourage resolving disputes directly with us before initiating chargebacks.
