larger files (up to 100MB), you can purchase credits. There's no subscription required - you
only pay for what you use.
Do I need to create an account?

No, you don't need to create an account to use SwiftConvert. You can start converting files
immediately. However, if you purchase credits, we recommend using the same browser to maintain
your credit balance.

How do I convert a file?

Converting a file is easy:

How long does conversion take?

Most files are converted in under 5 seconds. Larger files may take 1-5 minutes depending on the
file size and type. You'll see a progress indicator while your file is being processed.
Can I convert multiple files at once?

Yes! SwiftConvert supports batch processing. You can upload multiple files at once and they will
all be converted simultaneously. After conversion, you can download each file individually or
download all at once.
What is automatic error fixing?

Our auto-fix feature automatically detects and repairs common issues in your files before
conversion. This includes fixing JSON syntax errors, CSV column mismatches, XML tag problems,
encoding issues, and more. This feature is enabled by default but can be turned off if needed.
Pricing Questions
What is the free limit?

The free tier allows you to convert files up to 5MB in size. There's no limit on the number of
conversions, but files must be under 5MB each.
How much does premium cost?

Premium pricing varies by file type:
• Video: $2 per 100MB
• Audio: $5 per 100MB
• Image: $3 per 100MB
• Document: $5 per 100MB
• Data: $4 per 100MB
Credits are category-specific and cannot be used across different file types.

Can I use video credits for audio files?

No, each credit type is specific to its file category. Video credits work only for video files,
audio credits for audio files, and so on. This allows us to offer fair pricing based on the
processing requirements of each file type.
Do credits expire?

Yes, credits expire 30 days after purchase. We recommend purchasing credits as needed to avoid
expiration. Expired credits cannot be refunded or restored.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I get a refund if I only use part of my credits?

Yes! We offer pro-rated refunds. If you use only a portion of your credits, you
can get a refund for the unused amount.
Example: If you buy $5 of credits and use only 50%, you can get $2.50 refunded.

Are my files secure?

Yes, your files are completely secure. All uploads are encrypted with SSL/TLS. Your files are
automatically deleted within 1 hour of conversion. We never access, view, or share the content
of your files.
How long are my files stored?

Files are stored only temporarily for the conversion process. Both uploaded and converted files
are automatically deleted within 1 hour. We do not keep any copies of your files.
Do you view my files?

No, we never view or access the content of your files. The conversion process is fully
automated. Your files are processed by our software without any human intervention.
