1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SwiftConvert. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwiftConvert website located at www.swiftdownlod.online ("Website") and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftConvert provides an online file conversion service that allows users to:

  • Convert files between different formats (video, audio, image, document, data)
  • Extract metadata from various file types
  • Automatically detect and fix errors in files
  • Export data to structured formats (JSON, CSV, JSONL, XML, YAML)

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, convert, or process any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service without permission
  • Circumvent any security measures or usage limits
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. File Upload and Content

By uploading files to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to use and convert the files
  • The files do not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • The files do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any files that violate these Terms.

File Retention: Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of conversion. We do not retain copies of your files beyond this period.

7. Payment Terms

For premium features, the following payment terms apply:

7.1 Pricing

  • Free Tier: Files up to 5MB - Free
  • Video Credits: $2 per 100MB
  • Audio Credits: $5 per 100MB
  • Image Credits: $3 per 100MB
  • Document Credits: $5 per 100MB
  • Data Credits: $4 per 100MB

7.2 Credit Usage

Credits are category-specific and can only be used for their designated file type. Video credits cannot be used for audio conversion and vice versa.

7.3 Credit Expiration

Purchased credits expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused credits cannot be transferred or refunded after expiration.

7.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card information.

8. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.

In general:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits
  • Used credits cannot be refunded
  • Expired credits cannot be refunded

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by SwiftConvert and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFTCONVERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or files
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Corruption of files during conversion

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwiftConvert, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you upload or process through the Service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • Your account and data may be deleted
  • Unused credits will not be refunded

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
